EDITORIAL CHANGES
Mrs. JEANNE E. Remington has resigned as Associate Editor of the News, due to the pressure of new activities at Yale University. Her successor has not been determined. I wish to record my deep gratitude for her very large part in producing the News during these first nine years.
Prof. James R. Merritt, who is responsible for the new "Collectors" section of the News, is now Associate Editor in a new position replacing the supervisor of the Season Summary. For lack of an editor, the Summary has been discontinued, at least temporarily. Summary material is on hand for the 1953 and 1954 seasons, and it is hoped that this can be edited and published before much longer.
Charles L. Remington
All nominees for 1956 officers of The Lepidopterists' Society received over 99% of the ballots cast and were duly recorded by the Secretary as elected. Prof. Dr. Hering was elected an Honorary Fellow.
